How can I get catty eyes? - tutorial nº4

>> quarta-feira, 20 de julho de 2011

Adoro este tipo de maquilhagem para os olhos, mas confesso que demoro horas a fazê-lo! No entanto, a Lauren e a Amy Nadine mostram-nos como coisas difíceis podem ser simples. Depois deste tutorial, confesso que demoro muito menos tempo e fica mesmo bonito! Vocês costumam usar? No dia a dia ou só em saídas à noite e jantares especiais?
Contem-me tudo! :)

I love this kind of eye make up, but I confess that it takes me hours to do it! However, Amy Nadine and Lauren show us how difficult things can be simple. After this tutorial, I confess that it takes much less time and is just beautiful! How often do you use it? On a daily basis or only in evenings and special dinners?
Tell me everything! :)

Tools: You’ll need a black liquid liner, or for the faint of heart, try a gel liner with a thin liner brush.

• Start at the inner corner and drag the brush along the lashline to the outer corner.

Tip: If you rest your elbow on a counter in front of your mirror, if will give you a steadier hand because the only pivot allowed will be at the wrist.

Tip: the firmer you press the brush, the thicker the line will be.

• Then imagine a line from the outside corner to the end of your brow, that becomes the angle for the wing. With light brush strokes, slowly draw the wing at that angle.

OLD HOLLYWOOD GLAM

Here’s a simple way to get a vintage inspired look. Eventually we’ll be going into more advanced looks, but some of you may have never tried this look before and we don’t want to scare you off! Pair this video with the “Hint of Vintage” photo tutorial for the ultimate loveliness!

Tools: Foundation, foundation brush or sponge, translucent powder or light-weight powder, blush brush, bronzer, black liquid liner, black mascara, red lipstick

• Start by applying an even layer of foundation to your face being sure to cover any redness, blemishes or dark circles.

• Lightly dust your face with powder for a velvety finish.

• Comb through your brows and fill them in using a brown pencil one shade darker than your natural color.

• Sweep bronzing powder starting directly under your cheekbones, across your hair line and under your jaw line.

• Now apply black liquid liner to your lids and extend the line beyond the corner of your eye for added drama.

• Next apply two coats of black mascara.

• To complete the look, apply red lipstick.

The beauty department.
